Globally, as of 5:31pm CEST, 15 February 2022, there have been 414,522,746 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 5,847,564 deaths, reported to WHO. As of 15th February 2022, a total of 10.42 billion doses vaccine have been administered.

Your safety is the primary concern for us. and that's why we ensure all of our technicians must be vaccinated.

No conclusive evidence that COVID-19 virus has been transmitted through any Air Conditioning system but Scientists are saying airborne transmission of COVID-19 virus is theoretically possible.

India Govt. issues guidelines on use of Air Conditioning system whether at home or commercial spaces amid COVID-19 virus pandemic. According the guidelines temperature settings for the room should be between 24 degrees Celsius to 30 degrees Celsius and relative humidity between 40 percent to70 percent. Fan should be used to increase air movement; recirculation of room cool air must be accompanied by outdoor air intake through slightly open window or exhaust. Guideline also says that Air Conditioner should be kept clean for fresh air increase.

Safety and Healthy protocols must be follows our Technician and Assistance, when they visit Clients pleases for Air Conditioning or other product repair or servicing call

1. Temperature screening by Infrared Thermometer is being carried out every technician and assistance before entering workshop
2. Maintain a social distance with Clients room every person
3. Wearing Masks
4. Wearing Protective Glasses
5. Wearing Gloves
6. Don't touch anything's like- calling bell, water tap etc. without gloves
7. Wearing Booties when inside of Clients please
8. After Job completed office will sent Bill or Invoice / Service report / AMC agreement / Preventive report copy through email or whatsapp, temporarily we stop any kind of filed paper work
9. Requesting to Clients please pay Cashless, like Net banking, wallets or UPI etc. Special case Cash payment will accept by zero contact.

Apart from above mention all protective material our team must be carry individual soap and sanitizer for safety.

It’s our duty to maintain above mention all safety to protect our valuable Clients and also all our team members with his family. Our trained team doing serious to Servicing / Maintenance work and checking about Govt. guideline with gives suggestion if required any modifications to use Air Conditioning system.
